For Fairway employees
Know someone who's hurting?
Tell us their story.
Requests come from Fairway employees — but the person you're requesting for can be anyone in your life or community facing critical illness, physical trauma, or the loss of a loved one.
📦 Request a care package
A hand-packed box of comfort with a hand-written note, shipped to their door. You'll share your contact info, their story, and where to send it.

For situations where a crisis brings real financial hardship. The team reviews each request individually and will follow up with you about the decision timeline.

What to expect
Three steps, zero red tape
- Share the story. Your contact info, their situation, and whether you're asking for a package, a grant, or both.
- Hear back. A team member acknowledges your request and gives you an estimated ship date or decision timeline.
- Comfort arrives. A box lands on their doorstep — often within days.

Common questions
Before you ask
Who can submit a request?
Any Fairway employee. The person you're requesting for doesn't need any Fairway connection — they can be a client, a co-worker, a family member, a friend, or someone in your community.
What situations qualify?
Critical illness, sustained physical trauma, or the loss of a loved one. If you're unsure whether a situation fits, submit the request anyway — the team reads every story with care.
What happens after I submit?
A Fairway Cares team member reaches out to acknowledge your request, then shares an estimated ship date for a care package or a timeline for a financial support decision.
Can I request both a package and financial support?
Yes — the forms are separate so each can be handled by the right people, but many situations receive both. Submit both forms and reference the same story.
Not a Fairway employee, but want to help?
You can still put comfort in someone's hands — every donation funds the next box out the door.
