Fairway Cares supports individuals and families facing critical illness, physical trauma, or the loss of a loved one — with hand-packed care packages and financial assistance grants, each one starting with a Fairway employee who cared enough to ask.
Administrative costs are underwritten by Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, so donations go directly to care packages and financial assistance grants.

Two ways we carry people through
📦 Care packages
A box of real, physical comfort — blanket, socks, warmth, and a hand-written note — shipped to someone facing critical illness, sustained physical trauma, or the loss of a loved one. Over 16,000 have gone out since 2016.

🤝 Financial assistance grants
When a crisis brings bills along with heartbreak, Fairway Cares can provide direct financial support — reviewed case by case by the Fairway Cares team, funded by the generosity of Fairway employees.

Every box begins with someone who noticed
Fairway Cares is powered by referral. Any Fairway employee can request support for a client, co-worker, family member, friend, or neighbor going through the unimaginable. The team reaches out, confirms the details, and a box — or a grant decision — is on its way.
